Kim Hocking, Chair of SwanCare Group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Phil Martin as the new Chief Executive Officer of SwanCare, effective 12 May 2025. This exciting development comes after a comprehensive recruitment process and marks a significant step forward for SwanCare as it continues to evolve and expand its impact.

Phil brings nearly 20 years of experience across health and aged care sectors, combining a wealth of expertise with a deep commitment to enriching the lives of older Australians.
