Urgent requests ie. individual power outages, blocked toilets etc should be phoned through to reception 6250 0111 during office hours or security after hours 6250 0020 for urgent priority assistance. The aim of these issues is to be reviewed as soon as possible following your call.
Your request will be prioritised based on the information provided, please provide as much detail as possible in the Job Details field to allow for your job to be prioritised and responded to in a timely manner. Most low priority requests, which are those requests that have no health or safety hazards, have an aim of being responded to within 3 to 5 business days.
Some requests will require contractors to attend and these are dependent on the availability of contractors.
