As everyone’s situation is different we will discuss your individual needs and do our best to accommodate them wherever possible.

This is your home, so there are very few restrictions on who can come to visit. A guest may come to stay in the village for up to 28 days at a time (or longer with pre-approval).

Parking is limited within the village and permits are issued to residents, however, there is visitor allocated parking too. Bentley Park is private property, so parking is restricted to residents, staff, and visitors only. Parking bays that are reserved are signposted accordingly.

Pets are permitted, but must be approved as suitable for admission by the CEO prior to moving in.

Yes, of course. However, prior to changing your home, you'll need to let SwanCare administration know to ensure that all the relevant regulations are met. There might even be something we can help with.
