Kim holds a Graduate Certificate in Management and an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business, alongside an extensive career of over 20 years dedicated to the Not-for-Profit sector. Kim has held numerous positions in that time, which has led to her specialising in organisational strategy, transformational change, strategic project management, and project execution. Kim has been recognised globally for her work as the 2018 recipient of a US scholarship between Ability First Australasia and Easterseals USA.Commenced on the Board in October 2017

During his career he also served as an Army Officer in the Special Forces of both the Australian and British Army. Since leaving the military Rob has has held numerous positions in the corporate environment gaining experience in corporate finance and governance, as well as several NFP Boards.Commenced on the Board in July 2019

This has included leading the development and implementation of asset management and environmental sustainability strategies. Dean’s formal qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Business Administration. He is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.Dean is Chair of the Innovation, Strategy & Growth committee and commenced on the Board in July 2019.

Pam is Chair of the Governance & Compliance committee and commenced on the Board in May 2021.

With extensive expertise in operations, corporate and clinical governance, risk management, and strategic planning, Phil has consistently worked to support and improve the healthcare sector.Phil began his healthcare career as a Paramedic and held various clinical and senior leadership roles during his 14-year tenure at St John Ambulance. In 2019, he transitioned into the aged care sector, assuming senior leadership and executive roles that have shaped organisational growth and service delivery.
Phil holds post-graduate qualifications in health leadership and emergency management and is a graduate of the Institute of Company Directors and Leadership WA. As the CEO of SwanCare, Phil is committed to fostering a vibrant culture, enhancing client experiences, and establishing SwanCare as a trusted leader in positive aging services.
