Kim holds a Graduate Certificate in Management and an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business, alongside an extensive career of over 20 years dedicated to the Not-for-Profit sector. Kim has held numerous positions in that time, which has led to her specialising in organisational strategy, transformational change, strategic project management, and project execution. Kim has been recognised globally for her work as the 2018 recipient of a US scholarship between Ability First Australasia and Easterseals USA.Commenced on the Board in October 2017

During his career he also served as an Army Officer in the Special Forces of both the Australian and British Army. Pam is an Associate Fellow of the Australian College of Health Service Managers and Affiliate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Notre Dame Australia.Pam is Chair of the Governance & Compliance committee and commenced on the Board in May 2021.

Holding both a Diploma in Accounting & Finance and Honours Degree in Accounting, Sinead is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) & a member Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CA ANZ).
