1,100 residents call SwanCare Bentley Park home, residing within one of four residential aged care centres or in the vibrant retirement living community. The 15-hectare campus is unique in its size and proximity to the city, providing full service offerings and catering to all levels of needs and expansion.
Just one and a half hours from Perth, Australind Rise is SwanCare’s boutique retirement living offering in the community of Australind situated close to the Leschenault Inlet.
SwanCare At Home delivers SwanCare’s trusted services to the local south-east Perth community enabling people to remain living independently in their own homes for as long as possible.
The trusted and reliable name of SwanCare has been fostered by the 600-strong team which includes carers, nurses, and a range of other professionals who are dedicated to enriching our resident’s lives. The team is overseen by a qualified and experienced Management Team and a Board of Directors who are recognised leaders in the corporate and community sector.
