SwanCare Tandara

SwanCare Tandara is a traditional residential aged care centre that is trusted and respected within the Western Australian community.

Tandara is well known for its quality aged care provision, with SwanCare's nursing and care team going above and beyond to enrich the lives of the residents who call Tandara home. 

The centre comprises of 75 beds in double and single rooms with and without ensuites. Residents’ suites are fully air-conditioned and furnished with warmth and comfort.

SwanCare Tandqara

There's a beautiful courtyard with decking, koi pond, waterfall, and tropical gardens for residents and family to enjoy. Each level features separate dining and lounge rooms.

The Jacques Centre communal room is connected to the outdoor area and is also available for families and resident events.

Peter's 100th Birthday
On Friday, our residents, staff, family and friends gathered at SwanCare Tandara to celebrate the 100th birthday of much loved residential aged care resident, Peter Tann. 

Peter’s extraordinary milestone was commemorated with a birthday party hosted by the Tandara team, where he spent the morning socialising with guests and enjoying a glass of celebratory sparkling.
