Thanks to SwanCare’s Social Engagement team, our residential aged care residents have been extra lucky in the lead up to St. Patrick’s Day.
From celebratory concerts, arts and crafts, to fun games out by the garden; our Social Engagement calendars have been jam-packed this week with a range of green-themed activities for all to enjoy.
Irish it would never end!
