In honour of tomorrow’s Aged Care Employee Day, we thought it was timely to revisit this very special moment we captured last year. 

At the beginning of 2023, SwanCare received a letter from the daughter of one of our beloved residential aged care residents who is sadly no longer with us.

Her kind words shone a light on the incredible work of our staff; demonstrating the important role they play in which providing care and compassion does not only make a difference to the lives of our residents, but their loved ones too.

In this video, our CEO Graham Francis shares the letter with the team members who worked closely with this resident and their family.
