See how our SwanCare community came together to celebrate International Women's Day for 2024!

In honour of this year's International Women's Day, team members from around the campus took a few moments out of their morning to proudly show their support for the women in their lives.
There was also a number of passionate residents who were eager to show their appreciation, including retirement living resident Dot.
“This is an important day and a wonderful occasion to celebrate. Women have done so much for us all, and they deserve to be recognised,” she said.
The ladies at SwanCare Ningana were also celebrating with a deluxe Beauty Spa experience.
With a glass of bubbly in hand, our residential aged care residents were invited to sit back, relax, and be pampered!
Some of their treatments included facials and massages, with the added enjoyment of being in the company of good friends.
When reflecting on the experience, Ningana’s Social Engagement Team Leader Claudia said it was special for all involved.
“Residents and team members spent the afternoon reminiscing, and acknowledging some of the achievements of women throughout history; it made us feel so proud. It was a beautiful afternoon enjoyed by everyone who attended.”
Today we say thank you to the many women who play an invaluable role within our SwanCare community, and we thank those who contribute to making SwanCare an inclusive and respectful environment for all.
