This past evening, we gathered to farewell our much-loved CEO Graham Francis. 

It was an emotional occasion as we reflected on Graham’s outstanding 19 years at SwanCare, before he embarks on an exciting new chapter: his well-deserved retirement.

Graham’s loved ones were by his side throughout the celebrations, including his father Colin who watched on with immense pride through all the laughter, tears, and heartwarming stories.

To make things that extra bit special, Graham was also surprised with a ‘Wishes Wall’: a display of handwritten cards by residents and staff, complete with everything from fond memories to bucket list ideas. 

And of course, it wouldn’t be a party for Graham without a cold beer in one hand and a sausage roll in the other! All in all, making for the perfect send-off as we honour someone who has given so much to our organisation and its people.

Graham dedicated his career to enriching lives for a living, and it’s that lasting legacy of leadership and service that will remain a core part of our community for years to come.
