On this day last week we held one of our favourite annual staff events… The Feathers Awards Night! 

Every month you hear about our incredible team members who were nominated by fellow staff, residents, families or friends, for going above and beyond in their role at SwanCare.

Our end of year Feathers Awards Night helps us further recognise and reward those individuals, with our 12 overall monthly Feathers winners going in the running to become SwanCare’s Employee of the Year.

Between hearing the heartfelt nominations, and seeing our hardworking staff dance the night away, the event was a great reminder of our strong sense of togetherness and how we really do bring out the best in each other.

We could not be prouder of our SwanCare Fam.

Please join us in extending a huge congratulations to all our Category Winners as well as first runner up Taonga Mkandawire, second runner up Sam Gandhi and our overall Feathers winners for 2024, Social Engagement Assistants Cecilia Bray & Carolynn Robinson. 

To all our staff, we thank you for joining us in our mission to enrich lives for a living. What a joy it was to celebrate you and your achievements, and we look forward to another amazing year - filled with Feathers!
