Last week the SwanCare team enjoyed an ‘R U OK? Day’ morning tea, encouraging staff from across the campus to take a break and check in with one another.
A sweet surprise was then hand delivered to staff who were unable to attend the event, so everyone could connect over a cupcake and a chat.
Our residential aged care residents also got involved to help spread the R U OK?Day message, with some joining staff by wearing yellow specially for the occasion.
It’s always important to check in with those around you, and we’re proud to have the support of our team to make asking ‘R U OK?’ part of our everyday relationships at SwanCare, because connection is the key to happiness.
