SwanCare Waminda

SwanCare Waminda is a much-loved residential aged care centre currently undergoing major refurbishment aimed at improving functionality and increasing resident comfort in a homely and engaging environment. The inclusion of new resident dining, lounges and nursing stations on each floor will allow residents easier access to dining and activities while providing additional social areas for themselves and their families. The philosophy of care is to encourage residents to remain in control of their lives, retaining a sense of independence, and providing support as needed. Creating a sense of belonging for our residents with its varied program of social engagement activities.

Comprising of 110 beds, Waminda offers residents:

A private, air-conditioned bedroom with ensuite.
Access to shared dining, recreation facilities, and lounge areas.
An outdoor courtyard with beautiful gardens and modernised lifts providing easy access across all levels.
