SwanCare Group Board Appoints Paul Grzelec as Interim Chief Executive Officer - Statement from Chair.
Ms. Kim Hocking, Chair of SwanCare Group, today announced that Paul Grzelec, our current General Manager of Growth & Support Services, will step into the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer following Graham Francis’ retirement on the 20th of December 2024.
“Paul has been a dedicated and trusted leader at SwanCare for 19 years,” shared Ms. Hocking, “His deep understanding of our business and operations, coupled with his commitment to our values, makes him a natural and reassuring choice for this transition. We have every confidence in Paul’s ability to maintain momentum on our strategic priorities and provide stability during this period.”
The Board’s recruitment process for the next CEO is progressing well, with shortlisted candidates now moving into the final stages.
