Our SwanCare at Home team has an exciting opportunity for a Resident Support Services Officer. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about delivering high-level clinical and care services to our independent living residents. 

Your days will involve visiting clients to complete assessments and responding to emergency calls, as well as other responsibilities where you’ll make a difference in the lives of older Australians.
