Our People
SwanCare would like to thank everyone, from staff to family carers, for playing a key role in providing compassionate palliative care to our residents.
This National Palliative Care Week we recognise the individuals who are at their final stages of life, as well as those who offer their support during this time.
It’s never easy to talk about, and it’s even harder to go through, but that’s why we honour this week as an opportunity to acknowledge palliative care and all that is involved.
At SwanCare, we take pride in ensuring that families have confidence that their loved one is receiving quality individualised care, and will be treated with the upmost respect, dignity, and compassion.
Our team of Registered and Enrolled Nurses, Assistants in Nursing, Social Engagement staff, Physiotherapy staff, Food Service staff, Hospitality and Administration staff, all pride themselves in enriching our residents’ lives during those final stages.
This week, and every week, we thank you for all you do.
