SwanCare Kingia & Tandara tapped into their crafty side by exploring Aboriginal art techniques while designing their very own boomerang!
Over at SwanCare Ningana, residents enjoyed an activity they called ‘Exploring NAIDOC.’ This involved an interactive presentation where residents learned about Indigenous culture and history through stories, music and art.
SwanCare Waminda residents also participated in a range of activities, such as watching Australian movie ‘Rabbit-proof Fence' before getting stuck into some delicious afternoon tea: warm damper with the residents’ choice of golden syrup or boysenberry jam. Yum!
