Spring may be passing quickly, but September was a wonderful month filled with heartfelt gratitude, so we should take a moment to recognise the incredible efforts of our SwanCare team.
Here’s a heartfelt story about our Case Manager, Mary Sackey from SwanCare At Home, who is the overall September Feathers winner and has been nominated for her exceptional Customer Service.
Mary received the following feedback from Occupational Therapist, Zac Leow. This relates to our Home Care client who transitioned into permanent residential care at SwanCare Ningana.
Zac wrote, “Hi Mary, thank you so much for all your support throughout Blanche’s transition process. Blanche and her family are truly grateful for your dedication to helping move things forward so efficiently and making this happen within such a short timeframe.”
This reflects Mary's dedication and commitment to supporting each of our Home Care clients. This is just one example of the positive impact Mary has on clients and their supporters. It is an outstanding achievement that deserves to be highlighted and recognised.
