Join us in celebrating our overall Feathers Winner for May, Sheridan Radvanyi, Kingia Receptionist, who has been recognised for her Compassion.
We received feedback from a family member saying, “When my husband, Sandy, was in Kingia, Sheridan was always there for me. I remember one day being upset and going to the cafe Sheridan was having lunch, and she saw me and invited me to sit with her. She talked to me while I had a cuppa. The tears disappeared, and I felt so much better. Her caring about me was the best medicine ever. Such a special thing, knowing she gave up her lunch break to make sure I was okay.”
How truly heartfelt, Sheridan! This is the epitome of going above and beyond. Your caring nature and dedication to our residents and their family’s wellbeing really shine through. Keep up the fantastic work!
