Each year, our SwanCare team comes together to celebrate the people who bring our community to life. Our Feathers event in December was a shining example of the passion, dedication and heart that our team members bring to their work every single day.
We were delighted to recognise 15 outstanding award recipients, honoured for their excellence in compassion, customer service, leadership, safety awareness, improvement, innovation and creativity, learning and development, and teamwork.
