Welcome to SwanCare! We are so excited to have you join our community. 

When you first join us, the team will support you as you settle in. We have a comprehensive orientation program that is completed both online and also face to face, so you will know what is required of you in your new role as well as the broader functions of SwanCare. This includes training on our IT systems, OSH systems, and individual workplaces. Care and Hospitality staff commence on ‘buddy’ shifts to help you become familiar with the residents, workflows, and other team members.

Salary packaging is sometimes referred to as Salary Sacrificing, is an Australian Tax Office (ATO) approved way of receiving additional tax benefits by portioning off a part of your pay pre - tax.

With our partner salary packaging company, there are many benefits that you can package such as your mortgage or rent, regular bills, other living expenses, or even entertainment expenses. You then only pay tax on the remainder of your pay.

We strongly encourage our staff to get their Hepatitis B vaccination.

An Introduction to our Systems

While uniforms are not compulsory, staff are still expected to follow our dress code standards and policy outlined in the document attached. If you would like to purchase a uniform, please complete and submit a Garment Order & Deduction form available below.
