Employee Resources

Welcome to SwanCare! We hope this is the start to a long career with us.

When you first join us, the team will support you as you settle in. We have a comprehensive orientation program that is completed both online and also face to face, so you will know what is required of you in your new role as well as the broader functions of SwanCare. This includes training on our IT systems, WHS systems, and individual workplaces. Care and Hospitality staff commence on ‘buddy’ shifts to help you become familiar with the residents, workflows, and other team members.

In the meantime, please take a look at this web page for all Employee Resources and additional relevant information.

Whatever your role at SwanCare, you’ll see the difference you make every day in the smiles of our residents, our people, and in our collective success. We enrich lives for a living. Commit to continually improving yourself and the work we do through ongoing education, training, and development.

When you join SwanCare, you are opened up to a wide range of opportunities for development in your field. We believe your ability to grow and adapt to the changes within the aged care industry allows you to become a valuable asset to our community.

Salary packaging is sometimes referred to as Salary Sacrificing, is an Australian Tax Office (ATO) approved way of receiving additional tax benefits by portioning off a part of your pay pre - tax.

With our partner salary packaging company, there are many benefits that you can package such as your mortgage or rent, regular bills, other living expenses, or even entertainment expenses. You then only pay tax on the remainder of your pay.
