Feathers Rewards Program
The Feathers Rewards Program is our way of celebrating staff achievements, recognising staff across seven categories based on the SwanCare values - including teamwork, leadership and customer service.
Anyone from our community - staff, residents or their family - can nominate staff for their great work; from spending extra time with our residents, to delivering a great project, to helping family members through difficult times.
Staff accumulate Feathers rewards points and redeem prizes from an online prize catalogue. We award a monthly winner and, in 2017, we held our Inaugural Feathers Awards Night and awarded 5 category award winners and a Nomination of the Year Runner-Up and Winner.
The Feathers program is just one initiative. We endeavour to identify the great efforts of everyone and acknowledge them every day. Whether it comes from managers praising and thanking, or better still, from your colleagues who appreciate what you bring and highlight that to others - SwanCare is a place where you will feel you belong and where you will make your best work count.
