SwanCare's leadership team comprises of the Board of Directors, who provide experience in varying industries ensuring all facets of the business are accounted for, and the Executive Management Team, who are located onsite at SwanCare Bentley Park. Being onsite makes the Executive Team approachable and fully engaged in operational and residential matters.

Kim holds a Graduate Certificate in Management and an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business, alongside an extensive career of over 20 years dedicated to the Not-for-Profit sector. Kim has held numerous positions in that time, which has led to her specialising in organisational strategy, transformational change, strategic project management, and project execution. Kim has been recognised globally for her work as the 2018 recipient of a US scholarship between Ability First Australasia and Easterseals USA.

As Deputy Chair, Rob has had extensive experience in commercial and not-for-profit roles.

Rob has had an extensive career in commercial and not-for-profit roles as a CFO, including executive roles managing ICT, HR, & OH&S. During his career he also served as an Army Officer in the Special Forces of both the Australian and British Army. Since leaving the military Rob has has held numerous positions in the corporate environment gaining experience in corporate finance and governance, as well as several NFP Boards.

Dean has over 30 years senior management and executive level experience in the health care sector. He has broad corporate experience in strategy development, governance, and risk management. This has included leading the development and implementation of asset management and environmental sustainability strategies. Dean’s formal qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Business Administration. He is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Dean is Chair of the Innovation, Strategy & Growth committee and commenced on the Board in July 2019.

Pam has over 35 years’ experience in the health care sector with qualifications in nursing, education, leadership, and management. Pam specialises in service improvement working with health services to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in safety, quality, efficiency, and experience. Pam is an Associate Fellow of the Australian College of Health Service Managers and Affiliate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Notre Dame Australia.

Pam is Chair of the Governance & Compliance committee and commenced on the Board in May 2021.

As a senior legal practitioner, Anna brings experience across various areas of legislative and corporate law.

Anna is a senior legal practitioner with over 35 years experience in legislative review and amendment, corporate, commercial litigation and administrative law, especially in complex, innovative, and politically sensitive legal matters. She has also served as board member and chair over several decades including in education, health, immigration, and environmental contamination. Anna was also an inaugural sessional member of the State Administrative Tribunal.

Brad is an experienced digital transformation and cyber security leader with demonstrated success across finance, mining, agriculture, and supply chain businesses. His 20 years of senior management and consultant experience has seen him invited to speak throughout Australia, the United States, and Asia on topics ranging from business process transformation to cloud strategy and information security. Originally graduating as an electronics engineer, Brad holds a Masters Degree in Information Systems Security, a Masters Degree in Business Administration, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

With an economics and accountancy background, John brings financial acumen and strategic thinking.

John has many years of experience running, advising, and consulting to businesses across three continents. His economics and accountancy background brings a financial and macro slant to his thinking. John has a keen interest in understanding what makes businesses successful and what they have to do to remain so. Having recently completed a stint as CEO at Jackson McDonald, he intends to divide his time between consultancy work, non-executive directorships, and providing pro bono assistance to the not-for-profit sector.

John is Chair of the Audit, Finance & Risk committee and commenced on the Board in April 2022.

Scott has more than 25 years’ experience as a brand and marketing specialist working across banking, telco, media and consultancy. Scott specialises in bringing together brand and acquisition strategies with user experience design, to help businesses improve brand experience, product development and sales outcomes. Scott is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and also serves as a non-executive director in the disability sector.

Graham leads by example using his innate ability for negotiation, business planning, team building, organisational leadership, and strategic planning skills. With a degree in commerce and experience in business development, Graham is a driving force in organisational development, process improvement, change management, and financial analysis. Graham is no stranger to public speaking and has also appeared in many media applications such as newspaper, magazine, radio, video, and TV.

With more than 15 years’ experience in Management Accountancy both in the UK and in WA, Sinead joined the SwanCare team as Management Accountant in 2017 where she managed the day-to day operations of the Finance Team and was responsible for external Audits, Management & Financial reporting. Holding both a Diploma in Accounting & Finance and Honours Degree in Accounting, Sinead is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) & a member Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CA ANZ). Following a successful succession plan, Sinead has been promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer and sits on the Audit, Finance & Risk committee.

With over 15 years’ experience in HR, Fiona is the current General Manager of People and Culture at SwanCare. She oversees the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for SwanCare Group Inc. As well as HR, Fiona also heads OSH - risk and compliance, and Payroll.

With over 16 years at SwanCare, 8 years in his current role, Paul has delivered a number of major projects at SwanCare Bentley Park including Akora Apartments, Main Production Kitchen, SwanCare Ningana and the award-winning Leisure Precinct. He is keen to use technology as an enabler of innovation, business improvement, and growth, while his keen eye for detail ensures business needs are met through systematic project and asset management. Paul is also responsible for SwanCare’s Environmental Sustainability Plan. Paul has previously worked in technology and human resources in Perth and London and holds a degree in Commerce, specialising in Management and Economics.

Providing more than two decades of dedicated service to SwanCare, Natalie has instilled herself as the beacon for all retirement living residents as the General Manager of Community Living. Natalie oversees the Community Living portfolio including Bentley Park and Australind Rise retirement villages, SwanCare Marketing Team, Resident Support, and Home Care. With a passion for customer service, Natalie and her team provide services to over 600 residents. She has a focus on engaging with residents and believes being active in the community is the best way for her to achieve this.
